This fully automated line was designed for flexibility, allowing it to easily adapt to different production models while also offering the ability to double its capacity. TPR conducted a thorough study to optimize the layout, minimizing space requirements and reducing the need for operator intervention. Additionally, the line was integrated with a custom traceability system to meet the specific expectations of our customer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

We designed and manufactured a Final Assembly Line to produce PTC Heater Controllers with the following key features:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Fully automated line (14 x 5 m layout)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Laser marking<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Dielectric, thermal and functional tests<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. AOI equipped with 4 vision systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Dispensing system (Tamponing & gel)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Automatic PCB feeding system<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Bonding machine<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The machine is capable of achieving a cycle time of 30 seconds, with the possibility to work at 15 seconds.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
